This meeting is your chance to meet the Housing managers and ask questions, give your ideas for improvements around your area or estate and find out how the local housing office has been performing.  There will be updates on the Housing Management Service, Neighbourhood Warden Service and Repairs.

Free refreshments will be available on the night.

If you have any specific questions you would like to ask, please let me know beforehand so we can make sure there is an answer for you at the meeting.

Challis Court is in Holyrood, an approximate 2 minute walk from where the old Debenhams building used to stand.  It is well served by a number of bus routes and we would encourage you to attend by public transport if you can.  We can also cover the cost of bus tickets.

If public transport is not appropriate you can order a taxi.  Just call Radio Taxis on 023 8066 6666, press option 3 to speak to an operator and ask for a taxi on the council’s ‘Tenant’ account.  When they ask for an authoriser please give them my name.  You will not need to pay the driver as the cost will be charged directly to the council.  To help reduce costs, please book taxis for at least ten minutes after the scheduled end of the meeting so we aren’t charged ‘waiting time’.  You do not need to pay the taxi driver as the cost is charged directly to Southampton City Council.
